The CCOA team welcomes Keith Hicks as our new Executive Director! He started this morning and brings a variety of education, skills and experience to our non-profit organization.
CCOA’s Search Committee was especially impressed with Hicks’ leadership, managerial, analytical, and communicative skills and experiences. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, served as a Lieutenant in the Navy, and has an MBA Finance Degree from California Lutheran University. His areas of expertise include Strategic Plan Development and Execution, Data Analysis, Profit and Loss Management and Team Leadership.
“My most fulfilling work has been with organizations that strive to help people and to make the world a better place,” Hicks said. “I am excited and honored every day to be working with this amazing team of caring, financial experts that help families find a way to master their debt crisis. Life can present unexpected struggles and sometimes we need to reach out for help. I am proud to be part of a team that is ready to help those families in need.”
Hicks joins the CCOA team of caring financial professionals dedicated to helping individuals and families financially navigate life and providing tools and education to help them prepare for a better tomorrow.
